Hey guys!! I know it’s January now, but spring is coming and then summer which means beach season…sooo we gotta look good, right? 🙂
I recently found Blogilates channel, Cassey has tons of workout videos, recipes and all that healthy stuff… Then I stumbled upon one of her videos where she started 12 weeks body makeover..it is basically healthy meals and workout for 12 weeks.. And decided why not to try?! So this Monday my 12 weeks started 🙂 Let me explain to you how it works: Cassey from Blogilates created meal plans for each week and she shares all of the recipes on her blog week by week (I believe she is already on week 8), she also has different workout plans (I chose workout for beginners 🙂 )… And anyone who wants to join can download a meal plan, get ingredients needed, follow the recipes, eat clean and healthy and workout during 12 weeks and then..see the results!! 🙂
I took a BEFORE photo of myself and I will take photos at the beginning of every week for 12 weeks to see progress and results.. I made a video explaining everything if you want to watch it and I will also make videos every Monday, sharing how a week pass by, how I feel and what I think..so if you’re interested in my progress, you can follow me.
Also, If you want to join me in this challenge for supporting each other and make it fun, you sure can. My personal goal is just to tone up my muscles and find those abs under my belly. 🙂 I’m 3 months postpartum, eating like crazy, loooove junk food and Coke, hate exercising…but now I’m committed to do something good for my body… and for my baby since I’m breastfeeding and he eats what I eat 🙂

Waist: 27.7 in or 70.5 cm
Hips: 35.2 in or 89.4 cm
