My left foot has been hurting since last week.. But I thought not a big a deal, it would get better… But it didn’t.. So on Saturday I went to a doctor… and she told me to do an x-ray, but at the mean time to wear this post op shoe…so that I don’t bend my foot, and if there is a crack in my bone it doesn’t get worse.. So as you can see I did that…

She also said that I probably don’t have enough calcium and that’s why my bones got weak… I kind of knew that I don’t have enough calcium, because I was craving milk and was drinking it every day.. several cups a day…

So last week I worked out only on 3 days: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday…but then I realized that if I continue to workout like this my foot would never heal.. So since Thursday I stopped working out hoping my foot would feel better..it didn’t that’s why on Saturday I visited doctor…

Today I went to do my x-ray, and as i turned out I have a stress fracture..very minor, but they still want to cast my foot… So tomorrow I will have to go to show my foot again…

I guess I will have to forget about working out for couple of weeks… That’s sucks!!! because I was so pleased with the results I was having… Maybe I still can do abs workout or something like this…we’ll see…

And now I should just stick to my meal plan , so that at least I’m eating healthy… and just try to maintain the results I achieved..
