So here’s my photo for week 8. I’m on a week 10 right now, but because I was sick last week and I didn’t workout and ate only chicken soup, I figured there is no point for a photo. But anyways, on week 8 I was better at drink a lot of water. And I’m not a fan of water. I can’t drink it in a big amounts like I’m supposed to. I don’t like the taste of it, it’s bland, and tastes water… Adding different fruits helped me a lot.

One time I add cucumbers and strawberries, another time apples, lemons, mint..sometimes I even add cinnamon. It helped me a lot. I started to drink lots of water, because I really like how it tastes with fruits. So if you’re like me struggling in drink lots of fluids, try this method. I guarantee you, it will make things much easier….

I was also drinking lots of green smoothies. I was adding spinach and kale, greek yogurt for some protein..

3 weeks to go.. And I’m done with this challenge..Even though I will still continue my good habits with occasional exceptions, of course 😉 can’t be without a little ice cream, couple of slices of pizza and etc.. 🙂
