Meal Plan Week 4 is UPPP!!!!! 🙂




Amish Baked Oatmeal

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup packed light-brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted (I used salted)
  • 3 cups rolled oats (quick oats works fine too)
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter an 8 by 8-inch baking dish, set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl whisk together eggs. Add in brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla and salt and whisk until no lumps remain. Stir in milk and melted butter then mix in oats. Pour into prepared baking dish and spread evenly (at this point you can refrigerate overnight if desired or bake immediately). Bake in preheated oven 30 – 40 minutes until set.
  • Cut into squares and serve warm with fresh fruit, nuts, milk, a little cream or half and half, maple syrup or honey if desired.

12 Weeks Body Makeover: Final (Thoughts, Results etc)


A week ago I finished my 12 weeks body makeover challenge. I don’t think I need to say anything about results..it’s pretty obvious… Again, as I mentioned before, my goal was not losing weight, but just to tone up my muscles (I still lost a little weight though..I’ll talk about numbers later in this blog). My overall thoughts on this challenge: I LOVED IT!! I’m not a fan of diets…but that’s the first thing we do when we want to lose weight. We starve ourselves or eating only fruits and salads, but by doing this we are setting ourselves for failure, because diets never last, eventually we go back to our lifestyle, eventually we start to eat what we ate and drink what we drank… And we have results for short period of time.. And it takes a lot of self-discipline to really stick to a strict diet. Or some people take pills and different powders, and maybe that’s fine when those pills are all natural and stuff, but I’m bad with pills, I don’t like to take something that I don’t 100% know what it is, even if it will bring the results. On the other hand this challenge doesn’t require you to starve yourself or take any pills, but you just need to have a desire to change your body and take some actions. I know a lot of people who want to lose weight but they don’t want to take actions. Losing weight or toning up muscles is a hard work, and nothing happens overnight, this is the reality. People have to understand. If you think that you will see results the next day, or that you can eat healthy for a month, get results, go back to old habits and still have a beautiful body, you will be disappointed. I did this challenge for 3 months, and I’m not perfect and I’m not a robot.. I ate ice creams here and there and I drank coke sometimes, I allowed myself eating sandwiches and burgers, pizzas, but it wasn’t every day, and I always got back on track and ate healthy. 12 Weeks Body Makeover: Week 8 – Week 9


So here’s my photo for week 8. I’m on a week 10 right now, but because I was sick last week and I didn’t workout and ate only chicken soup, I figured there is no point for a photo. But anyways, on week 8 I was better at drink a lot of water. And I’m not a fan of water. I can’t drink it in a big amounts like I’m supposed to. 12 Weeks Body Makeover: Week 6


Hi, guys!! I’m half way through with my body makeover… Weeks fly by so quickly, it’s probably because I enjoy this challenge, workouts and meal plans…I don’t enjoy my stress fracture that I have on my foot right now… They didn’t cast my foot, but I’m still wearing post op shoe..they said to wear it for 2 more weeks and then see how my foot feels… So I don’t do much workout these days, only abs workout, since it doesn’t require me being on my feet… Continue reading “12 Weeks Body Makeover: Week 6”

My left foot has been hurting since last week.. But I thought not a big a deal, it would get better… But it didn’t.. So on Saturday I went to a doctor… and she told me to do an x-ray, but at the mean time to wear this post op shoe…so that I don’t bend my foot, and if there is a crack in my bone it doesn’t get worse.. 12 Weeks Body Makeover: Week 4


This week wasn’t perfect… I didn’t stick to my meal plan… and I ate 2 desserts for Valentine’s day… which I’m not sorry about because they were very yummy!!! 😀

I also ate it on Sunday, which I’m sorry about…
